migraine

The current time here in the Philippines as I'm writing now is 12:07am.. which means its already Monday, 30th of November. It also means that later in the morning, I need to go to work again as it is the start of a new week..

Well, for you to know, I'm an online english teacher. I teach korean nationals on the phone. Most classes are for 10 minutes only.

You might say 10 minutes is really short. Indeed, it is too short for those students who are already good and somehow, fluent in English. but on the other hand, 10 minutes is really really long enough for those beginners which are mostly kids.

But anyway, I've been working for like 3 months already and somehow, I'm getting used to the daily routines...

The work is not stressful but the travel time is. Imagine, my workplace is like 2 hours or more away from my house including the time I spend waiting on the bus if I encounter heavy traffic jam..

I'm near to quitting this job, I swear. But I'm trying to look for a boarding where I can stay near my workplace to somehow ease the pain that I'm enduring now.

One reason that I feel like quitting is the environment where I work.. When I say the environment, I mean the people in our office. I'm not sure but I'm feeling like they are not really true people or the other way around.. Not all of them are true for sure.. That's why I'm really careful not to meet those who are back stabbers but I think I met some already.. hahaha

Well, I must continue the journey. Quitting my job now is not practical because its hard to look for a new one and start again. Plus, christmas is near! I need to save some money to buy gifts for my parents, family and friends too. So I have to focus my mind on things that really matters. What are those things? I dont know yet..

I think I need to sleep now. My migraine is really a pain in a butt. I can barely feel those veins pumping so hard on my forehead. I can feel the blood passing by those tiny veins.. It's getting into my nerves.. But it's not new to me. I always get migraine each time I fail to eat on time.
It's my fault anyway.. When I'm in front of my pc, I almost forgot the time. Time really flies..

Hang out with Friends

It was November 21st when my friend, Ivy celebrated her post birthday bash at Astor Hotel [Best Western] somewhere in Makati City. What was special about it? For quite a long, we have not seen each other yet after we resigned in the company where we used to work for like 2 years and more. I was the first one to leave the company on May.. Then she followed on August? I'm not really sure..
Many others resigned too for the past several months.. While others remain working there bearing the pain in their asses.. because of.... well, that's confidential I think..

It was so nice and cool seeing their faces again.. Nothing has changed or maybe, their faces and body built remain the same.. They are now happily working in different companies under the same field (call center).

We ate, drunk, and slept in the morning.. The whole night was full of laughter and tears ( kakatawa) because of Vickay, who was really good in making fun of things most especially in Ivy's boobs..

If her boobs can just talk, it would say "Stop mentioning my name all the time!" hahahaha

Just right after checking out from the Hotel, we went to Glorietta 4 to watch NEW MOON..
We went first to Starbucks before going inside the theater.
That movies was really shaking..
Though it still has the love story of Edward and Bella, but this time, it was more of actions and fighting scenes.
I like the part most when Jacob transformed into a BIG wolf and fight with his friend.. plus when Jacob was about to fight Edward in the latter part of the movie..

I so love ALICe, Edward's sister.. she's an extraordinary vampire with a great fashion sense.. hehehe

Her aura is really really different.

We parted ways after the movie. But I went to National Bookstore first and try to find that book my friend need. It was a fiction-novel entitled "The Old man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway. That book was sold out and no more stocks in Fully Book. But I found one at National. I bought it for him and went to their house at 18th Ave., Cubao.
There, we watched the movie 2012. That movie was really amazing in terms of the effects and visuals. Oops.. Actually, it was the first time that we saw each other.
I just knew this guy through tagged and you know what, we lived in the same province. However, they moved to 18th ave. , when he was still a kid and stay there until now.. But he visits our place often so he is still familiar on how our place looks like now.

I arrived home at 30 minutes past 9pm I think.. I was like 2days and 1 night away from home. I spent my weekend with people special to me.. No regrets at all. I spent a lot of money maybe but the time I've been with them was the one I value the most..

Best Halloween Ever

Edward Cullen of Twilight or Heath Ledger of Dark Knight? People find it hard to identify if I was a vampire or Joker of Batman.. hahahah

I remember... On oct.31, it was halloween and it was the first time that I let myself to look like a vampire though I appeared more like a clown..

It was so funny and my teammates were so proud and were laughing out loud on my look. Though I did not win as best in costume, I will surely never forget the idea of wearing make ups and bearing the laughing sounds from the people around. Plus, the fact that it was the first time I did that.

We just made fun of the situation...

And ended the night that way..
Of course before going home, I removed those make-ups and paints on my face.
But I thought of going home in that look, however, people might be amazed or scared and might thought that I was insane so I did not pursue that..

Anyway, I consider that as the best halloween ever!

Last Sunday for this Month

Today is the day when my korean student will come over here to the Philippines to study in an Academy.
I clearly remember our last conversation on the phone. He will come to our office and see me.
I'm sooo damn excited seeing him.
By the way, his english name is DEAN and he is 11 years old.
We were so attached to each other though we only talked for about 2 months every m-w-f at 22:10 KT.
He said that he enjoyed our class times because it was full of fun.

I'm looking forward seeing him on Monday.
Hopefully, he will remember the details on how to visit our office.
